We are not quite sure what Congressman David Dreier (left) was talking to Sierra Madre Councilman Don Watts about during last week’s dedication of the Mira Monte reservoir in Sierra Made.
But with what we’ll dare call the “controversy” over Mr. Watts’ nickel toss mayoral selection, we have an idea or two.
