As a Canadian I can only support the opponents to Obama's health care reform. I think the way it is being proposed to Americans, this reform can only benefit the big pharmaceuticals companies. This reform puts too much emphasis on curative health care and nothing on prevention. If Obama really has at heart the good health of his fellows citizens, he should do more to improve their wealth. He should take measures to lower the unemployment rate, try to get some financial security for life for everybody. After all, poverty kills more quickly than anything else even a lack of health care.

I am wondering why the Sierra Madre Weekly did not run a story with a title like "Two Sierra Madre residents take a stand against President Obama". Is this type of activity only newsworthy when it supports one political viewpoint. I hope the editorial staff or writer will answer, as it goes to the objectivity (or lack thereof) of this paper. What say you?

I noticed from this guy's sign that he wants to punish people for their beliefs, or at least for voicing them. In my book, that makes this fool unAmerican. From the report, admittedly an amatuerish effort, is sounds like his opponents acted well and did not try to punish him for having his say. Who is this Barry Schwam? He sounds dangerous to me, or at least ignorant - not too surprising given his reported career.

Most all will agree that Obama is not like Hitler, but most also agree that he is a failure. I am sure this dope did not cry when President Bush was depicted as a Nazi or monkey, so his opinion can be freely voiced, and ignored.

That just about says it my friend. Just about.
That mustatch was not intended anything except to expose the evil policy-principals behind the office of Pres. of the USA. at the moment. The same ones, but a little more devolved than under Cheney/Bush. Less moral.
It has been the blind leading the blind; ie, the media, and it's readers. Larouche is the horses mouth. Listen to it, and not heresay. Thank you for your point of view Capt. Berry. You Rock.! Just as every human being on the planet rocks! See you around.

I personally do not think Pres. Obama looks anything like A. Hitler- Obama way to tall for one thing. Pres Obama does not have to yell at us to get our attention. He is a family man, married with two daughters, only family Hitler had were the "Boys from Brazil" and he did not have to lift a finger to raise them or pay child support after they were born.
I do feel this country needs to be confident in the person who sits in that big chair in the oval office, but have we moved in a direction that makes the job of President impossible to do? All these supporters of Pres. Obama that were so thrilled their "White Knight" won the election seem to be hiding in plain sight not saying a word. Fine with me most of those people in no way qualified to open there mouths in the first place. I seem to remember Pres. Bush was accused of being Adolf Hitler from a handful of left wing psychos - the same psychos that screamed how stupid Bush was. I wish they would make up there minds.
Hitler has been called many things, the list way too long and well deserved, but "stupid" is not even in the top twenty most popular for sure.
I'm Looking forward to see who the next person to sit in the big chair will be. Will he or she be the "White Knight" or an "OBAMANATION"?
