Pasadena Council Chambers will be the site of live election coverage of the council run-off on Tuesday, April 21.
Live coverage will begin at 8:30 p.m. on 55 KPAS and on streaming video at www.cityofpasadena.net (click on City News). On Pasadena televisions where cable is connected directly to the set and not through a cable box, KPAS can be found on channel 1.
Beginning at 8:30 p.m., City Clerk Mark Jomsky will oversee the counting of ballots as they are delivered from the precincts.
“I encourage all registered voters in District 7 to go to the polls on April 21 and cast their ballots, then watch the KPAS broadcast or visit the city’s website for up-to-the-minute results,” Jomsky said.
Talk show host Barry Gordon and Crown City News anchor Tami DeVine will serve as on-air commentators and interviewers. Both candidates are scheduled to be interviewed, and local reporters have been invited to drop in to say a few words.
The city’s website will be updated with election results throughout the evening at
www.cityofpasadena.net/election.
From 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on April 21, polls will be open for voters to make their choices for City Council District 7.
