Andy Bencosme, managing broker at CENTURY 21 Village Realty in Sierra Madre recently presented the annual sales production awards to the office’s top sales producers and also the “rookie of the year” award. The annual awards breakfast was held in the Sunset Room at the Santa Anita Golf Club.
Bencosme thanked all of the agents present for their hard work, professionalism and complete dedication to their clients. Bencosme had been notified by Rick Davidson, President & CEO of CENTURY 21 Real Estate that CENTURY 21 Village in Sierra Madre combined with CENTURY 21 Ludecke in Arcadia finished the year as number thirteen in the region which includes the greater southern California area. The two offices (both owned by Mike Ludecke) were the number one Company for CENTURY 21 in the San Gabriel Valley.
Bob Popp, CENTURY 21’s Vice President of Business Development was the key speaker at the event. Popp congratulated both Bencosme and Ludecke for their offices success in 2010. He also gave insight to the agents present about the upcoming International CENTURY 21 convention to be held at the Mirage in Las Vegas next month.
Nazee Rix was honored once again as the office’s Top Sales Producer for the year. Rix, a Bradbury resident and mother of two has been a consistent top sales producer for the Sierra Madre office. For the first half of the year she posted the highest number of home sales with the highest sales volume. Bencosme credits her success to having the utmost dedication to her business and an understanding of her client’s individual needs. Her expansive knowledge of the real estate market all over Southern California and her honesty in business also play a very important factor in her success in the business so early on in her career. “Nazee receives many favorable reports from her clients on the quality service surveys,” says Bencosme “and much of her business comes from referrals of very satisfied clients.”
Emily Duggan ended 2010 as the office’s 2nd Top Producer. Bencosme said that “Emily Duggan is carrying on from 2009 when she was the top producing agent in the office.” “She has been with the office over 20 years and that Emily personally supplements the office’s extensive advertising with her own mailings, internet tools such as virtual tours and her personal monthly ad in the popular “Homes and Land” magazine. Emily specializes in professional marketing, staging and preparing a home for sale.
Julie Muttavangkul was also recognized by Bencosme for her sales production. She ended the year as the 3rd Top Producer. Julie was raised Pasadena and Sierra Madre and had a career in the legal field before moving on to owning and operating two successful businesses prior to Real Estate. Julie was recognized as “Rookie of the Year,” after her first year at CENTURY 21 Village and has also earned the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Award for her outstanding service to her clients. Julie takes pride in every aspect of real estate and her attention to detail and her hard work ethic is practiced in all of her transactions consistently until closing.
This year, Mike Waters won the coveted “Rookie of the Year” award for the Sierra Madre office. Waters was with Village less than 30 days when he sold his first home. He is a proud fourth generation Southern California native, holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, and had a successful seven year career as an Account Executive working in the title insurance field. This experience has served him well to kick off his Real Estate career.
