Grammy Award-winning jazz legend Steve Tyrell will headline this gala. There will be appetizers, a four-course dinner, and a silent auction as well. Tickets range from $20 to $300. The Nerd Side of Life at the Pasadena Convention Center, Sept. 22 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. (300 E. Green St., Pasadena, CA 91101). Nerds and cosplayers alike will have a chance to enjoy: karaoke, photo meet-ups, cosplay contests, photo shoots, 120 vendors and artists, panels, special guests, a gaming tournament, a zombie shooting gallery, and live music.
